Steven Butts, has always taken care of all of my needs, while residing as a resident at my address. I always enjoyed my unit, it met all of my needs. Recently with new tenants the respect of the surrounding went down. I was born with morals and values, and live that way. I only ask for respect and my safety.

We have been living a house in Tucson managed by Fort Lowell Realty for 7 months and extremely happy with them. Most of all is because of our maintenance person Marco Diaz. He was prompt, personal and friendly. We had 3 issues to be addressed and he fixed them all in about 15 minutes. I will definitely be requesting him if we have any more things that need to be fixed. Marco!!!

Susan was extremely helpful, informative and supportive in assisting our daughter with an apartment rental application process of which I acted as a guarantor. On a side note, my wife happens to be a landlord and has worked with three property management companies here and none have yet to be so quick to reciprocate communication and move the action forward as Susan has in her capacity, I immediately observed.
