Myself and my boyfriend rented with this company for about a year and were thinking about staying, but ultimately... decided against it due to the lack of professionalism we had to deal with. The house we rented did not have central AC, but had units in every room. The one in the living room was not properly sized for the room and the next two 2 huge single pane windows, so the summer was absolutely miserable and we had to hole up in the bedroom with the door closed and the little unit in our room on full blast. We brought this up multiple times to maintenance and our property manager Michelle, who didn't do a thing or give us updates about a fix until we told them they were violating our rights and we were going to start withholding rent. When it came time to show to potential future renters, Michelle asked if she could give my number to people to schedule tours when they reach out to her, which I said was fine, and she interpreted that as an ok to post MY phone number on craigslist as the point of contact. She said this practice was 'normal' and hardly even apologized for violating my privacy. I have never contacted a tenant to schedule a tour so I know this is not 'normal'. Finally when we moved out and got our deposit back I noticed an extra $200 cleaning charge. When I asked Michelle what it was for she gave me two answers. That it was a nonrefundable charge they held until move out, and that it was a cleaning fee. There is no $200 nonrefundable charge in my lease, and if there was it should not have been taken out of my refundable charge, and if it was a cleaning fee, they have to provide proof of cleaning beyond normal wear and tear. I asked all of these questions at which point all communication stopped and I have heard nothing since. My impression is that they are lazy and trying to make more money off people who aren't paying attention. Would not recommend, and will never rent from them again.read more

Not only does she promptly attend to the issues at hand, she is also incredibly genuine and personable. The office receptionist and the accountant are also responsive to my inquires and friendly in their interactions with me. I recently had a few major appliances wear out on my rental. The maintenance department assessed the problem, researched options for me and completed the work needed quickly. I was very impressed they also provided the tenant with an auxiliary air conditioner while the HVAC unit was being replaced. It's important to me to take care of my tenant and property. This team of professionals exceed my expectations in providing quality service not only to me but also the tenant. Just one example is when we first moved in, there we discovered a bee hive forming, she had a bee guy here within a couple hours, and made recommendations on what to be careful of during that 2 hour wait. Our property manager Colleen was incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. She was always willing to go above and beyond... for us and we couldn't have been happier as tenants of Fort Lowell. Compared to some of the other rental agencies I have dealt with in Tucson, the experience I had with Fort Lowell was very EASY. During my lease the air-conditioning went out and I had to send repeated pictures of the thermostat at 82 degrees past... 10pm at night over the course of multiple nights before maintenance was asked to visit the property. Interior doors had locks for which I was not given keys, a child locked the door to my boys bedroom and no one would respond so I had to take care of the locksmith myself and they repeatedly sent all correspondence to my ex-husband. They had the correct address on all occasions, but it was never updated in the system. I still have yet to receive my deposit nearly a month after the end of my lease and they automatically keep $300 of your deposit regardless of the state of the apartment. I was also locked out of the electronic gate over the weekend when they updated the system. I would not recommend this company.read more

How Do We Lease Your Property?

Firstly, with us only licensed property managers will be renting your property.
