I had the on site manager of my apartments put in a work order for the on going problem with my sink and toilet. I relise this is a problem I can't fix myself. From the time the order was sent to the time it took them to figure out the issue and fix it was less then a week. Due to Thanksgiving I'm sure it would have been sooner.
