A year in I wanted to add we've had an excellent experience with Marco Diaz in maintenance, he was fast exacting and fun to work with. He got slammed by requests but was still acutely aware of my scheduling needs. He made incredible improvements and I wish we'd called him earlier on our time here.

Marco Diaz did an awesome job. He was on time, friendly and was the best plumber we have used. Toilet leak fixed in under an hour. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy.

I had an issue with my tubs water not shutting off. Marco Diaz came to fix it. He was prompt and explained exactly what needed to be done so that I understood it. The service did not take long and he was very nice. Great job

I had another experience with the same sink, the faucet put in last time just happened to have a defect. Ana got me on the calendar right away and the next day Steven did a great job replacing the faucet. Clean, friendly and quick. He was out of here in no time.

I've been renting from these folks for almost a year... I've had very good response for things that needed to be done. Today (10-8-24) Matthew came by and quickly replaced my kitchen sink faucet. Super nice guy, courteous and kept me updated when he'd be here, etc. It's just how I treat my customers (I'm a solar sales guy, 20+ years, so know about these things.)

I see some bad reviews... definitely not my experience. Both myself and my daughter are renting apartments in my complex and both of us are impressed by the professionalism.

Ana was super quick to get my request done - the next day, due to my availability and Juan was, as always, a pleasure to have fix my house. He's very kind and respectful and asked to use the side gate so he didn't track any dirt in my house. Ft. Lowell Management has always been right on time and on track of all of my maintenance needs.
