Just on maintenance, all the personnel I have had the chance to meet have been absolutely amazing. Especially this last time Juan fixed everything in a timely manner. And extremely EFFICIENT!

Susan was extremely helpful, informative and supportive in assisting our daughter with an apartment rental application process of which I acted as a guarantor. On a side note, my wife happens to be a landlord and has worked with three property management companies here and none have yet to be so quick to reciprocate communication and move the action forward as Susan has in her capacity, I immediately observed.
